We process certain personal data when selling goods through our website.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

A. Processing of personal data in case of using the contact form
If you request our products, we will work with your contact details, which you will inform us, mainly via the contact form. These are: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address and information about the goods you are interested in.
For what reason?
We will contact you through this form for further agreement regarding the goods.
For what legal reason?
This is processing under the Article 6 (2). 1 part b) GDPR – negotiations on the contract, resp. taking pre-contractual measures at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we cooperate further, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase
If you buy from us, we will work with the data, which you will fill in. These are mainly billing data: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail address, address and information about the goods you are interested in.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via contact information regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under our law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints, etc.).
For what legal reason do we process personal data?
This is processing under the Article 6 (2). 1 part b) GDPR – performance of the contract and Art. 1 part c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
During the performance of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of the goods.
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other people work for us, who access the data, because they help us with the operation of our e-shop.
